As Northeast Ohio’s largest independent provider of dialysis treatment, the Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) serves thousands of patients a year. And, thanks to the work of Impel Creative, those patients are greeted with communications that bridge the gap from medical to personal. Impel reinvented a host of marketing tools—using real patients and their experience to demonstrate the exceptional level of care these facilities offer. Impel’s relationship with CDC has blossomed over the years, and we’ve been pleased to help recreate its website, patient education materials, patient quarterly newsletter, community outreach pieces and service overview brochures.
