Throughout Doug’s 20+ year career he’s mastered the art of balancing the visual and verbal with the practical needs of a client’s business. He has worked alongside product engineers to understand the science behind a marketing message, doctors to make a healthcare program or procedure more understandable, and marketing groups to launch new products. In addition to art direction and design, he works with the entire Impel team to assure that all creative solutions are also strategically sound. When he’s not designing, he’s gardening, raising chickens or fly-fishing somewhere in Ohio, Michigan or Pennsylvania with his two sons.
Jennifer Crawford | Creative Partner
Jennifer’s diverse skill-set in graphic design, typography and old-school illustration make her Impel’s multitasker extraordinaire. Whether she’s creating a unique logo or picking the perfect color palette for a website, she has a gift for making each design look fresh and stand out from the rest. Jennifer works directly with Impel’s clients to learn more about their goals and ideas – then delivers the solutions needed to hit the mark both visually and strategically. She has been known, at times, to use her multitasking skills at home on her husband and three kids or when navigating her Pinterest boards on crafting and martini recipes.
